Casual Babysitting Rates:

• For 1 Child: $14/hr
• For 2 Children: $17/hr
• For 3 Children: $20/hr
• For 4 Children: $23/hr

If there are more then four children from the same family please inquire about our rates. Please note that if clients require one sitter for two families in one home the families will be charged separately according to the number of children they have.

--- There is a minimum charge for three hours of babysitting ---

Anyone requiring childcare outside of Calgary city limits will be required to pay a fuel surcharge of $5.00 at the time of booking.

For overnight babysitting there is a flat fee paid which is $60/overnight and the hourly rate is charged while the children are awake.

There will be a time sheet provided for both the caregiver and clients to initial. The caregiver must mark down the time they arrived and the time the clients arrived home at. This must be initialized by both the caregiver and clients. This ensures that the caregiver is paid the right amount for the hours worked.

Payments:

Payments are to be made on the website through pay pal at the time of booking.

If the clients require a receipt please let us know and we will provide one for the amount paid.

Cancellation Policy:

Between January 2nd and November 30th a minimum of 48hrs notice will be required, from December 1st to January 1st a minimum of seven days notice will be required. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 fee being charged to the clients. This fee is to ensure that we can keep our staff available and working for you the client. By implementing this charge we hope to keep both our staff and clients fully satisfied with the services that Royalty Childcare Services provide.

Please note that if you have made a booking and paid through pay pal and cancel that your money will be refunded minus the fee that pay pal charges to reverse the charges. If you don't provide the required notice you will be refunded your total payment less the $50 cancellation fee.

Gratuities are not mandatory but if you wish to do so please give it to the caregiver that evening or let us know when prepaying.
