Client InformationWe are a professional babysitting service provider that offers childcare on an occasional, regular and overnight basis. We share a passion for children as well as their wellbeing.
Caregiver’s Qualifications:
- Childcare Related resume
- Minimum of three years experience working with children ranging from the ages of a newborn to twelve years old
- Experience with multiple children
- Provide a minimum of three references, including phone numbers and email addresses
- Provide a minimum of two written references
- Police check (screened yearly)
- Child welfare check (screened yearly)
- Valid childcare First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must undergo temporary supervision at the beginning of employment to see how they are with the children and during stressful situations
Duties required:
- Preparing meals
- Playing with the children
- Bathing the children and general hygiene
- Getting ready for bed and story time
- To tidy up after themselves and the children
- Following clients guidelines
We have thoroughly screened all of the caregivers and guarantee that they have met all of the qualifications required.
Bookings:
It is very important for the privacy of the clients and the caregiver that all arrangements and contacts are done through Royalty Childcare Services as this is part of the service we provide. Therefore, the exchange of personal phone numbers and information between either party is against company policy. If the clients proceed to make any bookings directly with caregivers, they will no longer be able to use Royalty Childcare Services for any of their childcare needs. In the event that arrangements are made without Royalty Childcare Services, we cannot be responsible for ensuring that our high standard is maintained.
We always make sure to have a meet and greet with the clients and the caregiver. After that the clients can let us know how it went and if everything went well then we will make sure to have the same caregiver come each time. The only time the clients wouldn't is if the clients called the day of and that caregiver isn't available then we would have to have someone else babysit for that evening. All clients are required to sign a contract with Royalty Childcare Services before bookings are made.
